PRODUCT RETURNS
You are entitled to a partial or total return of the order, within 10 calendar days from the date of sending the order. If the reason for the return is the fault of the store (eg wrong item, defective product), then the cost of return is borne by the store. In any other case, you will be charged the return cost.

In case of return of your products there is no refund, but their replacement or replacement with another product of equal or greater value,
The products must be returned in excellent condition, without removing the special markings (tabs) and must be accompanied by the sales document
The products must be returned within the period of 10 calendar days for Greece and 5 calendar days for abroad, once the return form has been completed. The return will be accepted only after the approval of the store.
