The Website www.fisekis.gr includes the online store, which is the electronic presence of the company under the name FYSEKIS TH. THOMAS, BEVERAGES – BEVERAGE TRADE with TIN 035341156 (PREVEZA CHANNEL, Preveza Tax Office). The headquarters of the company is located in Preveza (PREVEZA CHANNEL).

The e-shop of the company fisekis.gr, is addressed to all internet users who want immediate information on the products of our company and the possibility to order products remotely through online ordering, always subject to the availability of the company’s stocks.

These terms are fully compatible with applicable European and Greek law and users recognize the right of the company to change the provisions of these terms, insofar as they do not relate to its legally binding obligations and without affecting completed situations.

The user of the website acknowledges that he has read these terms, agrees with them and undertakes to comply with them.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION-SECURITY
You will be asked to provide some of your personal information (such as name, shipping address, telephone, email address, etc.) in order to make any transaction through the online store of fisekis.gr.

PRODUCT ORDER AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Placing an order through the e-shop is a conclusion of a distance selling contract regulated by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994, as in force today.
According to the articles of the Greek Civil Code, the visitor of the website has the possibility of concluding a valid order, if he is legally competent, has reached the age of eighteen and is not in legal aid regarding the conclusion of a sales contract. Orders can also be placed by representatives of legal entities. The company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any orders that will be placed by legally incompetent persons.

PROCEDURE FOR ORDERING THROUGH E-SHOP:
For the order:
Fill in the special form with the necessary information for concluding the sales contract. For each request sent to our company and for its completion, you must have accepted the terms of the sales contract and the terms of use, selecting the online option “ACCEPT”.

Payment methods:

2. Using the PayPal system.

3. Cash on delivery (only for Greece) at the time you receive the products.
In this case the customer is charged 2.60 euros, for purchases up to 99.99 euros (including VAT 24%). There is no charge for purchases of 100 euros or more.
By sending the order form, the consumer receives an online copy of the order, which he can save.
The prices listed in the relevant catalogs under each product include VAT (24%), while www.fisekis.gr reserves the right to adjust prices without having to inform the consumer public.

During the ordering process, you will be asked for your full name, shipping address, telephone number, email address and in case you choose to make your payments by credit card, you will be asked for the number, the expiration date of the card and and the three-digit security code.
The charge will be made after the validity of the credit card, the certification of the data and the availability of the balance, in order to cover the value of your order. In case the transaction is rejected by the competent Bank or the relevant network
