PRODUCT RETURNS

You are entitled to a partial or total return of your order within 10 calendar days from the dispatch date.

• Store’s Fault: If the reason for the return is due to our store’s fault (e.g., incorrect item, defective product), the return shipping costs are borne by the store.
• Other Cases: For any other reason, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refund Policy: Returns do not qualify for cash refunds; instead, products are replaced with the same items or alternative products of equal or greater value.

Conditions for Returns:

• Products must be returned in perfect condition, with all original tags attached, and must be accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.
• Products must be returned within 10 calendar days for Greece and 5 calendar days for international orders, provided that the return form has been filled out. Returns will only be accepted upon approval by the store.
• All returned items undergo a meticulous quality control check at our company’s facilities.
