The website www.fisekis.gr includes the online store, which constitutes the electronic presence of the company under the name “FISEKIS T. THOMAS, DISTILLERY – BEVERAGE TRADE” with VAT number GR035341156 (KANALI PREVEZAS, Tax Office of Preveza). The company’s headquarters are located in Preveza (KANALI PREVEZAS).
The e-shop of the company, fisekis.gr, is addressed to all internet users who seek immediate information on our company’s products and the ability to place distance orders through online purchasing, always subject to the availability of the company’s stock.
These terms are fully compatible with applicable European and Greek law, while users acknowledge the company’s right to modify provisions of these terms, to the extent that they do not concern legally binding obligations and without affecting completed transactions.
The user of this website acknowledges that they have read these terms, agree with them, and undertake the obligation to comply with them.

PRODUCT ORDERING & CONSUMER PROTECTION
Placing an order through the e-shop constitutes the conclusion of a distance sales contract, regulated by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, as currently in force.
According to the provisions of the Greek Civil Code, visitors to this website have the capacity to place a valid order provided they are legally competent, have reached the age of eighteen (18), and are not under legal guardianship regarding the conclusion of a sales contract. Orders may also be placed by legal representatives of legal entities. The company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any orders placed by legally incompetent persons.
ORDERING PROCESS VIA THE E-SHOP:
For the Order:
You must fill out the special form with the necessary details for the conclusion of the sales contract. For any order request sent to our company and for its completion, you must have accepted the terms of the sales contract and the terms of use by selecting the electronic option “ACCEPT”.
You are also solely responsible for the correctness and legality of your details, which our company only knows as declared by you.
Payment Methods:
1.By Credit/Debit Card.
Acceptable cards are Visa και MasterCard.
In the case of card payments, all necessary security measures are taken, and all cardholders are subject to validation checks.
2.Via PayPal.
In the case of payment via PayPal, all necessary security measures are taken to ensure transaction safety.
3.Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available only within Greece:
Payment is made upon receipt of the products. For this method, a cash-on-delivery fee of €2.60 applies for purchases up to €99.99 (including 24% VAT). For purchases of €100.00 and above, there is no COD charge.
Upon submitting the order form, the consumer receives an electronic copy of the order, which they can save.
Prices listed in the catalogs under each product include VAT (24%). www.fisekis.gr reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice to the public.
Important Notes:
You will be asked to disclose certain personal data in order to carry out any transaction through the online store of fisekis.gr.
During the ordering process, you will be asked for your full name, shipping address, phone number, email address, and—if you choose card payment—your card number, expiration date, and the 3-digit CVV security code.
Card charges will only be processed after validity checks, verification of details, and confirmation of sufficient funds. If the transaction is declined by the bank or network, the purchase will not be completed.
This data is processed by the store in compliance with Article 7A paragraph 1 (b) of Law 2472/1997, solely for the execution of the order. Under no circumstances will it be disclosed, published, or sold to third parties, unless required by legal procedures regarding the waiver of confidentiality (Law 2225/1994) or obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006.
In the case of credit card payment, all card details (such as the card number) are entered directly into the secure payment page of our cooperating partner bank and are not stored in our database, ensuring the maximum possible security.
DELIVERIES
Within Greece: Deliveries are handled by ELTA Courier within 2-3 business days.
International (EU Countries): We deliver to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Estonia, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Cyprus, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Finland). Shipping costs are €12 (including 24% VAT), with delivery within 7-10 business days.
Delivery Hours: Product distribution by the cooperating courier service takes place between 09:00 and 18:00, Monday through Friday.
Receipt: Upon delivery at the designated address, a signature is required.
Accuracy of Information: In the event that the details entered in the form are incorrect, the Company bears no responsibility for any non-delivery.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Your are entitled to a partial or total return of your order within 10 calendar days from the dispatch date.
- Company’s Fault: If the return is due to our fault (e.g., incorrect item, defective product), the return shipping costs are borne by the store.
- Other Cases: For any other reason, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refund Policy: Returns do not qualify for cash refunds; instead, products are replaced with the same or alternative products of equal or greater value.
Conditions for Returns:
- Products must be returned in perfect condition, with all original tags attached, and must be accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.
- Returns must be completed within 10 calendar days for Greece and 5 calendar days for international orders, provided the return form has been filled out. Returns will only be accepted upon approval by the store.
- All returned items undergo a meticulous quality control check at our facilities.

- fisekis.gr reserves the right to suspend, temporarily or permanently, part or all of the services provided on this website without prior notice.
- Any failure by the Company to exercise any of its rights under these terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
APPLICABLE LAW
This agreement is governed by Greek Law. Any dispute arising from the use of services or for any other reason between the user and the company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts.
